FastfloPremium Service BrandsHouse DoctorsProLift Garage Doors

Where your next technician is looking.

Every place House Doctors and ProLift franchise owners can advertise for garage door technicians, sales technicians, estimators and handymen. Filter by role and budget to see what each channel costs, how much effort it takes and who it reaches best.

One application. Two ways in.

Whatever the channel, it points to the same place: your text-to-apply flow. Candidates apply in a messaging conversation, on the phone already in their hand, in a few minutes.

A link for every screen

Job boards, ads, social posts and emails. One tap opens the conversation and the application starts.

A QR code for everything else

Vans, yard signs, flyers, invoices and counter cards. The phone camera does the rest.

In a messaging conversation, around 80% of candidates who start an application finish it, compared with about 15% on typical chatbot tools.

What worked already, adapted for the PSB.

Four channels, each pointing to the same messaging application through a link or a QR code. Here is how that plan translates for House Doctors and ProLift, before everything else that's possible.

Before you post

Meta and Google treat job ads as a special category: you can't target by age, gender or ZIP code, and Meta sets a minimum location radius.

A growing number of states and cities require a pay range in job ads. Including one everywhere also tends to lift response.

Add an equal opportunity statement and keep requirements job-related, for example a valid driver's license only where the role drives.

Leave criminal history out of ads. Background and driving-record checks follow FCRA disclosure rules and local fair-chance laws.

Point every channel at the same application, so candidate data lives in one place instead of scattered forms and inboxes.

General guidance, not legal advice. Fastflo captures and screens applications; every hiring decision stays with the franchise owner.

Pick four channels. Point them all at one flow.

Start with one job board, one paid channel, one physical placement and one referral program per territory. We'll help each owner set them up.
